Clare

Clare has extensive experience in the leadership and management of home care services. Beginning with home care services, her passion and commitment to supporting people in their own homes naturally evolved into the development of a wider range of specialist services, including live-in care and supported living for people with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities

Clare is passionate about delivering care that goes beyond duty,care rooted in love, respect and a deep belief in the inherent value of every person. She strives to ensure that the GN Wellsprings team provides the kind of compassionate, respectful and person-centred care that she herself would want to receive.

It has become very clear that the heart of our business is not merely the completion of tasks, but the quality of the relationships we build. It is about providing truly person-centred care, with patience rather than judgement, and with compassion and understanding to recognise each person as an individual.
