The People Behind GN Wellsprings

Every decision at GN Wellsprings is made by people who know what person-centred care really means because they have led it, lived it and delivered it for over a decade.

Clare

Clare has extensive experience in the leadership and management of home care services. Her passion and commitment to supporting people in their own homes naturally evolved into the development of a wider range of specialist services, including live-in care and supported living for people with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities.

Clare is passionate about care that goes beyond duty-rooted in love, respect and the inherent value of every person. She leads the GN Wellsprings team to provide the compassionate, respectful and person-centred care she would want for herself.

Our wider management team makes sure every service we run stays personal, professional and safe.

Having studied law, Ollie brings a strong focus on HR, compliance and regulatory standards. He is committed to robust recruitment, staff development and maintaining the high standards that underpin safe, effective and person-centred care at GN Wellsprings.

Outside work, Ollie leads community groups including Northampton Toastmasters and Young People Empowered. An avid reader and advocate for personal development, he is also the author of Wanjohi’s Weekly Digest, sharing ideas on self-mastery, health and personal growth.

With a background in Accounting and Business Management, Eddie brings strong financial and operational expertise alongside valuable experience in the care sector. He holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Social Care.

Eddie is passionate about supporting people and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff. He combines professionalism, compassion and sound management to help ensure GN Wellsprings delivers high-quality, person-centred care.

After a decade of service in the armed forces, Steve joined the care sector in 2011, bringing leadership experience, practical insight and a strong commitment to GN Wellsprings from its early stages. He supports strategic direction and service responsiveness alongside the senior management team. He believes in collaborative leadership, clear communication, and valuing and supporting staff

“Good leadership is about bringing people together, creating clarity and helping everyone contribute to something that truly matters.”

With over 24 years’ experience in social care, including five years with GN Wellsprings, Angela has progressed from Care Worker to field based Supervisor. She provides hands-on support to the care team, conducts staff supervision and spot checks, and works closely with management to maintain high standards of care. Passionate about person-centred home are, and support, promotes dignity, independence and respect in everything she does.
