GN Wellsprings Care Services Ltd was established in 2014 to provide care in the community including: homecare, supported living, palliative care and day care services and live-in care, starting in Warwickshire, expanding to East Midlands and the rest of the UK.

The founding vision was to build a care organisation where staff are trained and treated well enough to provide consistently excellent care, and where every client is known as a person, not a task list. That vision has shaped every subsequent decision about recruitment, training and service design.
