Palliative Care Services
Our palliative care service provides sensitive, person-centred support for those living with life-limiting conditions.
Compassionate End-of-Life Support with Dignity and Respect
At GN Wellsprings, we understand that palliative care is more than just support at the end of life—it’s about enhancing comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals facing life-limiting or terminal conditions. Our role is to walk alongside clients and their families during this delicate journey, providing practical help, emotional reassurance, and a calm, comforting presence every step of the way.
We work closely with families, GPs, district nurses, hospices, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that your loved one receives holistic, person-centred support in the familiar surroundings of their own home.
What We Provide
Our palliative care service is tailored to the unique needs and wishes of each individual. While our carers are not clinical staff, they are specially trained to carry out non-medical tasks that contribute to comfort, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.

Emptying and changing stoma bags as part of routine care
