Clare is the Registered Manager and Company Director of GN Wellsprings Care Services, bringing over a decade of leadership, expertise, and genuine passion for people.
With a background in mainstream and special education and an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care, she is committed to compassionate, person-centred care.
Guided by her Christian ethos, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” Clare ensures that GN Wellsprings delivers care with dignity, respect, and kindness. Under her leadership, the organisation has grown into a trusted, community-focused service where staff and service users are valued, supported, and treated like family.
Dorothy Morris
Care Coordinator
Dorothy Morris is the Care Coordinator at GN Wellsprings, bringing over a decade of experience in care management and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. She has a proven track record in managing supported living services and domiciliary care, ensuring that every service provided meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
Her expertise in care coordination is underpinned by her QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Management in Social Health Care, a degree in Information Systems with Media and Popular Culture, and a Further Education Initial Teaching Qualification, giving her a unique blend of practical care knowledge and strategic insight.
Ollie Wanjohi
HR & Compliance Manager
Ollie is the HR & Compliance Manager at GN Wellsprings, where he plays a key role in ensuring the organisation runs smoothly, remains fully compliant, and continues to deliver the highest standards of care.
With a people-first approach, Ollie is dedicated to creating a supportive working environment where staff feel valued, and where compliance is not just about meeting regulations but about protecting and empowering those we serve.
Beyond work, Ollie is President of Northampton Speakers, author of Wanjohi’s Weekly Digest, and helps lead Young People Empowered, supporting Northampton’s Kenyan-British youth. A lifelong learner and passionate mentor, he brings curiosity, discipline, and a people-first approach to everything he does.
Angela Whitesand
Care Team Supervisor
Angela is a Care Team Supervisor at GN Wellsprings and has worked with the company for over five years.
She began her journey as a carer and progressed to Senior Care Worker before taking on her current supervisory role, consistently demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and excellence. Clients regularly praise her, and her performance has always been exemplary.
Angela is known for delivering exceptional person-centred care, resolving issues efficiently, and building trust with both clients and colleagues. She consults management whenever necessary, combining wisdom and professionalism in every decision she makes. Angela’s commitment and leadership make her a highly valued member of the GN Wellsprings team.
