GN Wellsprings is led by experienced social care professionals. The Registered Manager, Clare, holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, along with certifications in entrepreneurship and trainer qualifications. Steve, the Nominated Individual, also holds a Level 5 Diploma in the same field. Both have provided stable leadership for the past 10 years.

They collaborate with Irene, the Care Manager (also Level 5 qualified), as well as skilled team leaders, senior carers, support workers, and key workers.
